Welcome! I am Katie Anna, a Therapist and Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science. Growing up in a military family and later serving in combat in Afghanistan profoundly shaped my path, prompting me to confront the complexities of war and my upbringing through therapy.
Through my own therapeutic journey and work with clients, I’ve developed a profound ability to support those navigating suffering, conflict, confusion, grief, and trauma. As a mindfulness teacher and mentor, I integrate mindfulness practices into therapy, fostering self-awareness and presence. My passion is guiding others beyond the conditioning of their past and defining experiences, empowering them to cultivate greater inner freedom and resilience.

My work is primarily process-oriented, enhanced by mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, anthroposophical techniques, and attachment theory.
